A three-month online creative writing course to support you as you write your memoir. 

Suitable for beginners and more experienced writers. Course places limited so there is space for you to share your work.

What is it?

LONG COURSE

An online, real-time creative writing course delivered via Zoom over 12 weeks. Includes craft workshops, writing sprints, a 30 minutes 1-1 mentoring session and opportunities to talk about your work in progress.

You can expect:

  • inspiring writers’ craft sessions on voice, literary language, plotting and more

  • weekly deadlines

  • regular writing sprints

  • 1-1 mentoring 

  • annotated feedback

  • a supportive space to share your work with others

  • a friendly, determined and courageous team of writers to work with

  • support with sending your work out to agents and competitions 

  • guidance from award winning writer, literature geek and NLP coach, Alison Powell.

You can expect a maximum of 12 people on this course and there will be chances for paired and small group activities, plus opportunities to share writing experiences with others.
