In this online course you’ll be invited to meet on Zoom every weekday from 8:00 - 8:25 am to get set up for the day ahead. You’ll focus on a different topic every morning and will look at:

the importance of daily habits

setting longer term goals

building a support team
-
routines and rituals
-
dealing with the fear
-
and much more!

You’ll be given daily prompts to write with and will be supported to make writing a priority in your life.
You can expect up to 18 people in the group and you’ll have the chance to speak to people in small break-out rooms.
